How long does it take to deliver Speedpak ?

The Speedpak service offers a customized offer of transport logistics solutions for sellers of the E-commerce platform eBay to more than 51 countries and regions of the world. There are three delivery services:

• Express: the fastest, but most expensive service, the average delivery time is estimated at about 5 working days
• Standard that provides a delivery time of between 8 and 12 working days and allows door-to-door tracking
• Economical that provides for a delivery time of about 10 to 15 working days, which includes, in the information tracked, only the date of shipment from the country of origin, China

The ultimate goal of Speedpak is to reduce the door-to-door delivery time to 5 days. Restrictions are applicable in terms of weight and size of packages:

• For Europe:
  • Most packages weigh less than 2kg, however there are country-specific limitations (depending on the declared value of the package):
    • for the United Kingdom, the weight of the package limited to 10kg
    • for France, the weight of the package is limited to 20kg
    • for Italy, the weight of the package is limited to 5kg
    • for Germany, the weight of the package is limited to 30kg
  • the minimum size of the package must be between 10 cm and 15 cm
  • the maximum size of the package shall be 60 cm for the longest side and the length(width + height)*2 shall be less than or equal to 90 cm
• For the United States:
  • the weight of the package is limited to 31.5kg
  • the minimum size of the package must be 10 and 15 cm
  • the maximum size of the package shall be 66 cm for the longest side and the length(width+ height)*2 shall be less than or equal to 274 cm
• For Canada:
  • the weight of the package is limited to 30kg
  • the minimum size of the package must be 10 and 15 cm
  • the maximum size of the package shall be 200 cm for the longest side and the length (width + height)*2 shall be less than or equal to 300 cm
• For Australia:
  • the weight of the package is limited to 22kg (30kg for New Zealand)
  • the minimum size of the package must be 10 and 15 cm
  • the maximum size of the package shall be 105 cm for the longest side and the width+height shall be less than or equal to 70 cm

Restrictions are also applicable depending on the declared value of the products sent. Note that customs fees may be applied depending on the restrictions, related to the declared value.

Delivery times may be extended due to a variety of factors, including variable weather conditions, holiday periods, public holidays and possible customs delays.
