The package remains available for 8 days, if it is not collected, it is returned to Cdiscount and refunded to the consumer. The delivery of the package is done in person, on presentation of the identity document of the recipient. If the relay initially chosen is not available, delivery is made to the nearest relay.
  • Mondial Relay: delivery is made to a merchant partner of the Mondial Relaynetwork. This service is available in metropolitan France, for parcels up to 30kg, whose dimensions L + l + H are less than 2 meters. The delivery time is estimated at about 4 working days and made available from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery times for islands may be longer. The package remains available for 14 days, if it is not collected, it is returned to Cdiscount and refunded to the consumer. Cdiscount is a French E-commerce company, the online platform was created in 1998 by the Charlebrothers. The company initially specialized in the sale of used CDs and DVDs and then quickly evolved by developing its offer towards multiple products.
